Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Jetset Electrical (ABN 47663492064) of 14/475 Scottsdale Drive, Varsity Lakes QLD 4227 (“Promoter”).
Entry is open to customers who obtained a service of Jetset Electrical since the promotion started and are fully paid when the promotion closes. Entry is automatic.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion will close midnight 30 August 2023 (“Promotional Period”). Prize drawn 31 August 2023.
To receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw, individuals must use Jetset Electrical during the Promotional Period. Individuals must be fully paid when the promotion closes. Entry is automatic.
An eligible transaction is any paid transaction made with Jetset Electrical for electrical services during this promotion.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Transaction; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Draw(s) for any unclaimed prize(s) will take place at the same time and place as the original draws. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw and the names of any winning customer will be published at www.jetsetelectrical .com.au

The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion. Entry is conditional on providing the requested PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the person. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how an authorised person on behalf of a business may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how they may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.
